Publicly Funded Education – Regional Rally
October 24 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm
Are you going to the Oct. 24 rally?
On Saturday, October 24 at 1 p.m. (ET), ETFO, AEFO, OECTA, OSBCU-CUPE, and OSSTF are jointly organizing rallies in defence of public education.
Every member is asked to confirm they will attend. RSVP before October 12 for your regional rally and to save a seat on the bus.
Rallies are being held at the following locations:
- London – Harris Park
- Thunder Bay – Waverley Park
- Sudbury – Bell Park
- Ottawa – Parliament Hill
- Toronto – Queen’s Park
Large visible actions, like a community rally where educators and families come together, help show public support for increased government investment in public education and strengthen our position during central bargaining.
Share the RSVP link with your friends and family and use our “I’m going” image on social media to encourage them to attend.
