Women in Action – Level I

Women in Action is ETFO’s signature leadership development program for members who identify as women. This experience is designed to support you in:

• Build leadership confidence
• Explore pathways to becoming more active in our local
• Develop skills in advocacy, organizing, and collective empowerment
• Connect with other women in a supportive, energizing space

To ensure accessibility and reduce barriers to participation, your Status of Women Committee has arranged:

• One full day of release time on Friday, April 17th, 2026
• Hotel accommodations
• Meals provided
